Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the paddle in its original packaging or a secure box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original tags are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
